Custom audiences are how you decide who to bid on: the customers you already have, look-alikes of your best buyers, and the people you would rather hold out. As the Bluegrass audiences product launches, that work becomes something you can do over the MCP.
The shape is simple. Ask the assistant to build an audience, attach it to a campaign, and set a bid multiplier for it. The list updates as your data changes, and the bid follows the audience, so spend leans toward the people most likely to convert.

Is my customer data safe?
Yes. Bluegrass uses your data for one thing only: building and updating your audiences. It is never sold and never used for anything else, and you stay in control the whole time.
Will I set bids per audience?
Yes. Each audience carries its own bid multiplier, so you can lean in on high-value buyers and hold broader segments near baseline, then layer dayparting on top.
